DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • We ship to Spain and the international
  • Order processing time: 24/48h. If you place your order before 12.00, we will process it on the same day or within a maximum period of 48 business hours once payment has been confirmed (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not worked).
  • Shipments with tracking number: When you submit your order, we will provide you by email with a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online.
  • Standard shipping option : depending on the size of the goods and the destination of the order we ship the packages through the logistics operators Colissimo, Courrier Suivi (letter followed) and Colissimo International.
  • Express express shipping option : we ship through different specialized logistics operators (DHL, FEDEX, EMS,...).

RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES TO SPAIN AND THE EUROPEAN UNION:

  • The rate for standard shipments is 12 euros.
  • Delivery times for standard shipments through Colissimo International are 4 to 7 business days*.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES AND DEADLINES (COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION):

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, please contact us via our contact form, specifying the items you wish to purchase and the address and country of delivery. We will be able to make an accurate quote according to the weight and volume of your package and the place of delivery. Any possible customs charges abroad are customer responsibility and are not included within shipping costs.

Returns:

Customers benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return their product to the seller for exchange or to be refunded without penalty.

All items may be exchanged or refunded within legal and contractual time limits except those that bear an opposite mention. This period is set from the date of delivery.

The return of the products must be made in the original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and possible instructions as well as the copy of the invoice or confirmation corresponding to the order. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, used or soiled cannot be refunded.

The costs of returning the items are borne by the customer.

Refunds of the products will be made within 7 working days after receipt of the products by aobo-shop.es. The refund will be made at the option of aobo-shop.es by credit of the customer's bank account (or PayPal account in case of payment by this means) or by bank transfer addressed to the customer's name and billing address. No return shipping will be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
